This is how I will present YOUR listings.

See the virtual tour samples below. Note the crisp clear quality of the photography
and in particular, within the virtual tours. This is NOT common
with virtual tours. Most virtual tours on the web are a fuzzy disaster.

The tour is typically 1 minute depending on the home, and is extremely fast loading. It is a very informative
and dynamic interactive presentation which holds the home shopper's attention throughout.

My professional photography and marketing which sold Salcor's model home in Ridgeway...

Elegant home imaging and staging attracts home buyers! According to an NAR survey in 2007, over 82% of home buyers get their first impression of a home on the Internet. It's critical that your home is presented professionally to the marketplace if you and your agent hope to have good traffic at open houses, in addition to numerous office and online inquiries. Below is an article that appeared in the New York Times on the subject of listing photography and the significant difference it makes to a timely home sale.

The New York Times says, quote: "Good photos will grab people's attention and help you sell a home. Bad pictures will absolutely give you trouble, because you won't have any calls on it, and nobody will come to see it.".
