- First and foremost, I offer professional photography! Over 27 years of imaging homes! I employ a 3 point
strobe lighting system balanced with incandescent and exterior window light. Note the clarity
of the images in these virtual tours especially - select 'full screen mode' and examine them closely.
Also notice the careful balance of interior and exterior light, as well as
near to far crisp focus..(aka 'depth of field')...
Lightning fast loading....no annoying 'flash timers'. Compare my tours to others online !
- Compatibility with most mobile devices - iPad2, iPhone 4S, Smartphone, Blackberry, Playbook, Android etc
- From within the menu window the home shopper can upload the tour to Facebook,
Twitter, Linkedin and over 300 other social media sites. This capability alone leads to
far greater exposure for YOU the agent, as well as your listing. And you don't have to do anything.

- Interactive floorplans with camera angle 'Hotspots'
